This rosé sets itself apart from the rest with a meticulous process that begins with the careful selection of Padeiro, Espadal, and Vinhão grape varieties. Each grape is then handpicked into small boxes, then delicately destemmed and gently pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring the preservation of flavors and the creation of delightful effervescence.
