Located in the diverse landscapes of Comtats de Barcelona, the Cellers de L’Arboç vineyards span various sub-regions, allowing for each grape variety to thrive in optimal conditions. The ‘Pupitre’ Cava rosat undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle to develop its bubbles and is then aged on the lees for 10 months. Extended lees aging provides this wine with enticing floral aromas and a rich, creamy texture. On the palate, juicy flavors of ripe raspberry and strawberry are balanced by notes of savory dried herbs and vibrant acidity making this an extremely versatile food pairing wine or a delicious aperitif!
